This presentation discusses the work of the Renewables Training Network (RTN) with industry to ensure that a talent pool of skilled workers is in place to resource the fast-growing wind and marine renewable energy sector. RTN works to assist those with relevant skills and expertise in other sectors in making career transitions across to the renewables industry.
