About the session

We demonstrate a thermally tunable 32-channel silicon cascaded Mach-Zehnder (de)multiplexer with 50 GHz spacing. An ultra-low tuning power of 2.98 mW per channel per free spectral range (mW/channel/FSR) was achieved with suspended phase shifters. The effectiveness of the (de)multiplexer was confirmed by high-speed transmission experiments.
