About the session

News broadcasters are facing a revolution - they are no longer needed to bring pictures from around the world into the home. Audiences of the future will increasingly be providers as well as consumers, and we will all be operating in the same global digital media space. The changing market means that broadcasters will need to provide more services using content assets in many different combinations, to be published simultaneously across many different platforms. What content elements will the production teams of the future actually have to make? Why do we need broadcasters anyway?
