Rapid Decarbonisation of the GB Electricity System – How the Engineering Profession is Supporting the Government in its Mission
The session will explore the work of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the National Engineering Policy Centre in supporting the government’s mission to achieve ambitious decarbonisation targets for electricity. This will include their July 2024 report, which has been instrumental in setting the government’s agenda, and progress since.
