About the session

We propose an approach for quick-recreation of OPM in disaster recovery and for achieving robust-telemetry to flexibly adapt the emergency C/M-plane network to post-disaster bandwidth changes. We implement a testbed and demonstrate for the first time a new best-effort OPM capability for efficient disaster recovery.
