Abstract
The North East Maintenance Forum (NEMF), established by AMAP at the University of Sunderland, is aiming to become the UK's premier forum for advanced maintenance debate and networking, supporting companies in the region to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
The Forum's most recent meeting took place on 25 April 2018 at the Materials Processing Institute (MPI) in Middlesbrough, where IET.tv spoke to several of the speakers and organisers about the importance of advanced maintenance, why the Forum is being increasingly popular and how its format could soon be rolled out in other areas of the UK.
