About the session

We report a microwave photonic beamformer on the silicon photonics platform. It contains a modulator 8 switchable 5-bit true-time delay lines and 8 photodiodes. The beam angle can be steered from -63.16° to 58.12° with a step of 4° for X and Ku bands.
