Abstract
Intelligent robots, autonomous vehicles, augmented and virtual reality, quantum computing, cylindrical passenger trains fired through near-vacuum tubes… all you need to do these days is read the news to see how quickly technology is moving.
EngFest 2.0 will shine a light on technologies such as these: ideas that have the potential to disrupt and change the way we do things.
We’re also looking for “EngVenturers” from school years 7-9. Last year students learnt how to code, built an F1 car and helped to prevent a natural disaster. Is your school up to the challenge?
The Festival is completely free to attend, but you’ll need to be in the ballot for the chance of a ticket! Get your name in the ballot between 3 April and 23 June 2017.
