    o Neil Fraser joined NSSLGlobal as Director Defence and Space Programmes in early 2020. Before joining industry in late 2013, he spent 26 years in the British Army leading organisations up to 600 strong. He served with Airborne, Armoured and Commando forces, completed 3 tours in Afghanistan including command at Squadron and Regimental level, served in Northern Ireland, across the Balkans, as a Joint Operational Planner and spent 3 years responsible for UK MOD global satellite and strategic radio projects and services, largely through the Skynet 5 PFI. He also managed to “blag” Masters degrees in the Design of Information Systems and Defence Studies.
