Abstract
Professor Bob Cryan CBE gives a preview of his IET President’s Address: Engineers – holding the keys to the future of humanity. Tune in at 1pm BST on 13 October 2022, where you’ll hear about his journey from a tough northern socially deprived estate to the youngest professor of engineering and subsequently youngest Vice Chancellor in the UK – back in his home town of Huddersfield.
Look out for guest contributions from some of the people Bob works with, including actor Sir Patrick Stewart. People who, like Bob, believe that engineers hold the keys to the future of humanity.
