Meet the IET’s President 2022-23, Professor Bob Cryan CBE, in this live broadcast.
Bob will be talking about how his determination and ambition led him from working-class roots and only just scraping into university, to becoming the youngest full professor of engineering in the UK, and then the youngest University Vice Chancellor, and how the IET and its initiatives has been central to his professional life.
We’ve also got some celebrity contributions from some of the people Bob works with. People who, like him, believe that engineers hold the keys to the future of humanity.
