    Caterpillar UK, Country Recruitment Manager

    Mark Smith has worked for Caterpillar for three years and sits within the Human Services Division. Mark heads up the UK Recruitment team and is responsible for the recruitment of permanent and contingent hires into the various Caterpillar facilities within the UK. He also consults Caterpillar on recruitment solutions across EAME. Mark is a member of the CIPD and has a Masters and BA Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Mark worked in the recruitment industry for a decade providing in-house recruitment solutions to an array of large and complex manufacturing organisations.
