The purpose of this is for the manager to review the weights allocated and to ensure that objectives and job responsibilities are up to date, this is not the assessment stage. Please note that employees will not be able to access the appraisal form until the manager has completed the preparation stage.This will also give the manager the opportunity to set-up and enter information for a new employee.
