About the session
An industry alliance has been set up with the aim of driving awareness, education and adoption of BIM Level 2 across the wider industry over the next four years, providing the foundations for a shift to BIM Level 3 towards 2025. Building on the activity of the UK BIM Task Group over the past four years, it will focus on transitioning from mobilisation for BIM Level 2 to creating ‘business as usual’ for the entire industry – and not just for the centrally procured public sector projects. Anne Kemp, Chair of the UK BIM Alliance offers a roadmap to the continued development of BIM Level 2 and the Government Mandate as the task group hands back to industry.
