This presentation describes a large-scale induced electric field analysis of the human body due to an extremely low-frequency (ELF) magnetic field by using a parallel fast multipole method (FMM)/accelerated boundary element method (BEM). The numerical results are compared with the finite element method (FEM) from the standpoints of accuracy and computational cost.
