About the session

We propose a compact wavelength selective switch (WSS) integrated by 1-f spatial and planar optical circuit with metasurface-based high dispersive grating and spectral interleaver. As a prototype, we demonstrate 1x5 WSS supporting C+L-band with the footprint of 42×90 mm2.
