To coincide with the deadline for 2013's Young Woman Engineer of the Year (YWE) Awards, past and present winners discussed the issues faced by women engineers in 2013. The all-women panel included: Sally Walters (YWE Winner 2009), Charlotte Tingley (WES Award winner 2012), Jessica Jones (Intel Inspirational Award for Entrepreneurship winner 2012) and Dawn Fitt (YWE Winner 1992). Questions on all topics related to women in engineering were answered live.
