Sharon is a successful engineer working in intelligent transportation systems. As MD of a company and a recent IET Fellow, she talks about her love of her work and the job satisfaction it brings. She is passionate about persuading young people to study engineering on account of the doors it opens through problem solving and project management. An advocate of the profession, Sharon is determined to see more women embrace the challenges and opportunities of a career in engineering.
