About the session

The government sees the necessity of a secure natural gas supply, alongside nuclear and renewables, to meet the UK’s future energy needs.  Shale gas is one potential source, though it is fraught with controversy and poses many challenges. This seminar will explore the potential for shale gas development in the UK’s energy mix.
