About the session

Utilities, contractors and highways are working together to minimise the impact of street works and have already achieved a considerable shift in the way street works are conducted.  This seminar will go a step further to explore the no dig network, examining innovative no-dig technologies and collaborative approaches to cut costs and duration and improve safety and customer service.

    Paul has built his Business Unit on confidence and passion. Throughout his career he has demonstrated technical, behavioural and safety leadership that has been instrumental in developing and improving the business and a big advocate of street works. As Managing Director for Utility Services Paul is responsible for the successful delivery of numerous frameworks and alliances, on several of which he is a board member. Paul now has c2,500 staff and operatives in his Business Unit delivering c£300m of turnover for utility clients.
