About the session

The quantum-native generation

Quantum Engineering and Technologies conference. In this session, Diya shares the story of Girls in Quantum, a youth-led initiative working to make quantum education accessible, inclusive, and innovative. From launching open educational resources and collaborating worldwide, to inspiring young minds through mentorship and events, GiQ is on a mission to empower young people, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, and shape the future of quantum.

As we reflect on 100 years since the birth of quantum theory, this talk highlights how, with a shared goal, we as a community can positively shape the next 100 years of quantum.
