This #EngShort looks at the future of #transport and explores whether we will all be driving #electriccars by 2030. A ban on new #petrol and #diesel cars in UK from 2030 has been announced under the PM's #greenplan meaning that from 2030 we will see only electric cars and potentially #hydrogencars being manufactured. So, with the electric cars 2030 announcement, how would you feel about switching to an electric car? Currently, the majority of cars in the UK are powered by petrol or diesel, and with transport being the largest contributor to #greenhousegas emissions in the UK, something needs to change.
