The satellite-based broadband services in the market place are providing a great user experience. However, use of satellite as a communication link presents some unique challenges that have been overcome to provide that experience. For the provider, the end user also presents some challenges at times. This presentation addresses the solutions used by service providers to overcome these challenges.
