This presentation describes the NEC vision of an end-to-end command information system, delivering: one general-purpose network based on IP; one security architecture; a single family of applications; one managed, globally accessible information domain; a move to one "Joint Operations Picture" (JOP); a service-orientated architecture; an open architecture with mandated standards; and joint and coalition interoperability.
