Network Rail's Thameslink Programme is set to transform the capacity and performance of the north and south rail network through London. Adding longer trains, more trains and more journey choices as well as radically improving some key station interchanges in the capital, the programme contains a number of challenging projects. This presentation describes one of these projects - to provide automatic train operation.
