A novel provisioning workflow to validate vendor-proprietary transmission solutions in disaggregated multi-vendor networks is proposed and implemented. The workflow exploits an OpenConfig NETCONF Agent implementation enhanced with gRPC telemetry to assess and retrieve transmission performance and rapidly determine the most suitable operational mode.
