U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate, RF Phenomenology and Measurements Section, Research Electronics Engineer
Mr Browning is a research electronics engineer in U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate, RF Phenomenology and Measurements Section, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He was awarded an Entrepreneurial Research Proposal grant to investigate the use of conformal plasma antennas for airborne sensing applications. He also is a PhD Candidate, Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University College London. Prior to joining AFRL, Mr Browning was a Process Engineer for Tate and Lyle Dayton Citric Acid Plant. Currently, Mr Browning is investigating the use of heterogeneous sensors in the detection of weak targets through heterogeneous sensor data fusion processes.
