    In the last three years Ian has driven Mott MacDonald’s response to the issues surrounding climate change and management of the impacts, in terms of institutional and infrastructure interventions.With a background in public health engineering and environmental management, he has over 35 years’ experience in the development of essential infrastructure in the water supply and wastewater sectors and in water resource risk and uncertainty management.His knowledge of the risks and opportunities associated with project finance, and the mechanisms by which public sector support can mobilise private investment and leverage debt financing, has seen him advise a number of public and private sector clients.
