He advises power and utility clients on strategic and regulatory issues, and works with clients to help them delivery their strategic aims and address industry challenges. He has worked in the power and utilities industry for over 25 years.Stuart is a former member of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, the Board of Ofgem, the energy regulator. Whilst with Ofgem, Stuart was Senior Partner, Smarter Grids & Governance and was responsible for transmission and distribution network policy. He also served as Managing Director, Ofgem E-Serve and IT.Before joining Ofgem, Stuart worked as a consultant and advised leading international utilities clients on strategy, regulation and the delivery of organisation change.
