About the session
Reconfigurable processors, including those based on field-programmable gate arrays, have facilitated many innovations which are now taken for granted, such as the internet and new microprocessors. This talk reviews the development of reconfigurable processors, and their contributions to many key applications in healthcare, science, and finance. It explores the potential of how advances in artificial intelligence can benefit the design of reconfigurable processors, and how reconfigurable processors can support efficient implementation of artificial intelligence.
