    Dylan leads the Government Business Unit at OneWeb. Dylan oversees a global team responsible for developing service propositions for global connectivity in the Government sector and leveraging OneWeb’s unique satellite production and operations capabilities for third party missions.Prior to OneWeb Dylan was COO at COMSAT Inc and previously also at Airbus Defense and Space CIS.OneWeb is building a next generation satellite network to deliver global broadband communications. The network will have a unique capability to reach regions previously unconnected – rural and remote communities and operations in the air and at sea. OneWeb’s communications infrastructure in Space coupled with its ground-based ecosystem will enable connectivity for governments, businesses and communities around the world. OneWeb is launching and operating a constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, together with a network of global gateway stations and a range of user terminals to provide fast, high-bandwidth and low-latency communications services, for fixed and mobile communications, connected to the IoT future and a pathway to 5G outside large cities.
