This presentation discusses the following topics: an overview of upcoming ESA studies that consider UAVs for integration with satellite observations; the integration of UAVs with data relay satellites; air traffic management and future trials with the innovative space segment; and the impact of future UAV communication needs on space- and ground-segment developments.
