    The Proving Factory , Chief Executive, Productiv

    Richard is the Chief Executive of Productiv and Co-Founder of The Proving Factory. Productiv works collaboratively with SME technology developers and OEMs to industrialise and commercialise early stage green technologies. The Proving Factory develops them into application-specific products and makes them for OEM niche vehicle application at proving volumes of up to 20,000 units per year. Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry with large and small companies in product development and commercial roles. Richard holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Edinburgh University and an Executive MBA from London Business School. He is proud to support the work of the Automotive Council, Advanced Propulsion Centre and various other industry bodies.
