Dr. Lan Xue is professor and Executive Associate Dean of School of Public Policy and Management and Executive Vice President of the Development Research Academy for the 21st Century at Tsinghua University. He is also an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University and a Fellow of IC2 Institute at University of Texas, Austin. His teaching and research interests include public policy analysis and management, science and technology policy, and crisis management.
