Abstract

Wai Yie Leong is a senior professor at INTI International University, Malaysia, and has edited numerous books with the IET, including in topics such as Industry 5.0, Sustainable Manufacturing, Medical Engineering, and more.

In this interview, she talks about her experiences working in a male-dominated space, the importance of diversity in engineering, and her experience editing books with the IET.
