Abstract
A 50% increase in the number of entries has dramatically increased competitiveness in this category. The end user responsiveness of IT systems is crucial to business users and customers connected via the Internet. This entry provides the means to actively manage response times and to quickly identify and resolve poor end user response times.The IET Innovation Awards celebrate the products, technologies and processes that lead the way in engineering innovation. Spanning 15 categories, the Awards are judged by engineering experts and recognise the depth and breadth of innovative work being carried out across all areas of engineering and technology.
