This presentation explains how LabVIEW can be used in undergraduate engineering education to enhance the student experience, enabling students to explore taught concepts in a practical environment. It explores how LabVIEW and student owned instrumentation can be used to teach a variety of concepts, and help drive student motivation and accelerate learning. Finally, it explains how LabVIEW and instrumentation are used in the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds.
