As a child Ying could always be found playing with cars, planes and empty cardboard boxes which explains why she wanted to be a pilot or an architect when she grew up. As she grew Ying realised that she wanted an exciting, diverse and dynamic career and her role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce enables her to have just that.
