    Maddie Moat

    Maddie Moate is a BAFTA-winning TV presenter and YouTube filmmaker passionate about science, wildlife, and travel. She is the host of the BAFTA-nominated CBeebies TV series “Maddie's Do You Know?”, CBBC's "Show Me the Honey" and Magnolia Network's "Make Yourself At Home" on Discovery Plus. ?Maddie is one of the few family-focused “Edu-tubers” in the UK and has been creating curiosity fuelled science, travel, and wildlife videos for the past 10 years. Her YouTube channel was awarded "Best Kids Channel" by Kidscreen in 2022 and has amassed over 210 thousand subscribers and 50+ Million views. Away from her own channel, Maddie has fronted video series for BBC Earth Unplugged, English Heritage, Fully Charged, and LEGO.? In 2021 Maddie published her first non-fiction children's book 'Stuff: eco stories of everyday things" with Puffin Books, and her award-winning podcast "Maddie's Sound Explorers" was launched in 2020 alongside Sony Music.? Maddie writes and performs her own science shows for theatres and festivals across the UK. She has also enjoyed acting in Pantomime, the Cbeebies Christmas shows and the CBeebies Prom at the Royal Albert Hall.
