Abstract
The AGM was held on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL and online. The purpose of the meeting was:
• To receive the minutes of the previous meeting.
• To receive a report from the President on the Institution’s achievements in the previous year and its plans for the future.
• To receive a report from Council.
• To receive and consider the Trustees Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
• To approve auditors for 2024.
• Vote of thanks to:
o The honorary officers and members of all Institution Boards and Committees;
o The staff of the Institution.
