Abstract
COVID-19 has introduced new challenges for us all. Governments have tackled it in different ways, but the majority have used digital technologies to respond such as tracing apps and digital surveillance systems. Innovate technologies have also allowed us to stay connected with friends and family, support our wellbeing and enable some of us to continue working from home. There has been a wide range of new digital technologies that has influenced our daily lives. As the world begins to recover, we must think about the lessons we have learnt and what technologies should stay in place. Will working from home become taboo again? What are other countries doing that we can implement or learn from.
