Abstract
The Green Alliance chose IET London: Savoy Place as the launchpad for its new Tech Task Force, which focuses on the opportunities for smart technologies to boost the resource efficiency of UK businesses and improve the economic prospects of manufacturing regions.
The aim is to bring businesses and innovation organisations together to identify how ambitious policy and the right rules and regulations can accelerate the adoption of technologies to help businesses across the UK grow their profits at the same time as reducing their environmental impact.
During the event we spoke to several Task Force members to get their thoughts on potential policy solutions for clean growth across the UK.
