    Amit joined Sweetwood Ventures in 2016 and currently serves as a Partner in the firm.Prior to joining Sweetwood Ventures, Amit worked as an Associate in the High Tech and Venture Capital Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., a top-tier Israeli law firm. At APM, where he represented private equity and venture capital funds, technological incubators, and high-tech and bio-tech companies in all of their corporate and commercial affairs, including M&A and fund formations. Prior to joining Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., Amit served as a Junior Analyst at Sweetwood Capital. Amit also has previous experience in the public sector, where he served as the Director of Legislation for Member of Israeli Parliament Dr. Einat Wilf.Amit graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya were he was also a member of the prestige Rabin Leadership Program.Amit is currently studying for his Master in Business Administration majoring in Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tel-Aviv University.Amit is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
