This presentation discusses: figuring out the minimum potential cost based on physics, chemistry and basic material costs for all storage strategies; exploring minimum potential costs for a range of storage strategies as they represent an end cost for a fully developed storage product; and understanding these end-point costs to allow more rational decisions about which strategies are worth pursuing and which can be ruled out ab-initio.
