About the session

The speaker reports on the findings of the Cambridge Wireless-led study that was completed earlier in 2012 by six commercial and academic organisations that were assembled to address the challenges presented by the Technology Strategy Board's 'Internet of Things' Convergence Project.

    Graham Fisher, Board Member of Cambridge Wireless and Research Commercialisation Manager at the University of Bath.Originally an electronics and radio engineer Graham has held a variety of technical, research and managerial posts within the telecommunications industry including 5 years as MD of France Telecom Ramp;amp;D UK Ltd (the UK Ramp;amp;D lab of the France Telecom / Orange Group) and as a director of the telecommunications and innovation consultancy BathCube Ltd he founded in 2010 (www.bathcube.co.uk ). Whilst his consultancy interests continue, his main role is at the University of Bath and is centred on working with industry.
