Abstract
The IET are delighted to have taken part in the pilot of this brand new and exciting STEM programme for 4-6 year olds. The programme will be launched globally on 1st August 2019, and available throughout the UK & Ireland.
A new and exciting Challenge is presented every year and each team of four children begins the exploration of this real-world theme with an exclusive LEGO® Education Discovery model.
As they work, they develop valuable habits of learning, such as persisting with tasks and applying previous knowledge to new situations.
Teams share their journey, ideas, models, and STEM skills at a celebration event.
Throughout their experience, teams operate under the Core Values, celebrating discovery and teamwork, all the while having fun!
