About the session
Since the initial introduction of SIMD capabilities into the Arm architecture some 20+ years ago, the architecture and associated implementations have continued to evolve to meet the increasing demands placed on it by new markets, such as HPC, and the pervasiveness of AI compute. This presentation provides an overview of that evolution, the ISA features that have been added to support this, and some of the latest features targeting LLMs.
