Mr. Gyozo Kmethy is the Secretary of IEC TC 13, responsible for standards for electricity metering, and the President of the DLMS User Association promoting and supporting the IEC 62056 DLMS/COSEM standard suite. He is also the Convenor of CENELEC TC 13 WG02, responsible for smart metering standardization under the European Smart Metering Standardization Mandate M/441. He has been working in the metering industry since 1976 in Hungary and in France, in R&D and marketing assignments. He is involved with electricity metering standardisation since 1989 and has a wide-ranging experience in all areas of metering standardisation
