About the session
Naomi will talk about how engineering and technology are likely to shape the future and discuss some of the big challenges that the global population will need to face. She’ll emphasise how important it is to inspire many more people to become engineers to help us tackle these challenges, and will set out the multiple, compelling reasons for ensuring diversity within engineering. Naomi will explain what the IET is doing to inspire future generations of engineers and the actions it is taking to promote diversity within the profession.
