Mrs. Gabriela Matei works for the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre in Romania, an institution under the Foreign Affairs Ministry, providing strategical expertise in order to further strengthen Romania’s own security, while contributing to the one of NATO and EU partners. EARC is established as a forum for strategic discussions involving all structures that manage internal resilience actions (in the areas of defense, civil protection and continuity of government, security and transportation etc).She is an expert of the emerging disruptive technologies Community of Interests and the Head of the Training Department in EARC.Prior to this job, she worked as a strategic level analyst/analyst team leader in cyber security, holding a degree in electronics and communications engineering.
